Q: Is there any location limitations on who can rent?
A: Everyone world-wide can purchase a download in USD (United States Dollars) via credit card and download it instantly.

Q: Will my purchased content ever expire?
A:  You account will allow you to use the download link up to a maximum of five times.  If you purchase on a mobile device we recommend saving the video to your computer first then transfer it your other mobile devices.  Each “download” link click on a mobile device will count as a download.  Once you use up all your downloads you will need to re-purchase the item to gain access to the download again.

Q: What video format are the video downloads?
A: All of content is delivered by a .mp4 video file encoded with H.264 unless otherwise noted.

Q: I can’t get the video to play, what should I do?
A: We recommend using Quicktime player to view the videos, VLC player is also another option.  If you can’t get the video to play after trying both options contact us and we’ll try to figure out another solution.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently RF Video Now only accepts payments made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

Q: How long after payment is the download available to watch?
A: Your download is available immediately after payment has been confirmed.  If you have purchased a live iPPV event & download it usually will become available within 24 hours of the event.

Q: How do I watch content I’ve purchased?
A: All content you have already purchased successfully will be listed in the Purchase History page.

Q: A certain title I want isn’t available, how I can buy it?
A: Let us know what you want through the Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to add it to the catalog!
